This weekend was the USF Gospel Choir exchange. I wanted to do a style that was simple and classic, yet very easy to acheive. It’s kind of a new take on my “Go Green” post. I made sure that my hair was well moisterized with Cantu shea butter (any water based mositurizer of your choice will do), and combed out my natural curls. And voila! Here is how the look turned out!
I’m 24 and live in Florida. However I dream of moving to a city thats big enough for me and my in your face personality! I love all things hip hop and artsy as well as enjoying a good urban novel every now and then. I am currently attending college and look forward to graduating at the end of this year. I will be starting school again at a four-year university next spring (Go Bulls wink wink). I want to be an OBGYN when I graduate and have no plans of slowing down any time soon. I hope to inspire our readers and get them excited about looking awesome.

Well I started of with the same steps I did to achieve my fro-hawk. However the only difference is the way I pinned my hair. Instead of pinning my hair to the sides, I brushed the back and sides of my hair upwards and secured the look with side combs ( holds more hair than a hair pin which is needed to achieve this look). I placed hair pins where I found any loose pieces of hair.
