Rihanna Gets Dropped by Nivea

Awwww, po baby Rihanna has been recently dropped by Nivea.  Though I’m sure she has more than enough money now to possibly care less, I cant say that I’m surprised.  I mean lets be real.  Not only does she change her image every six months but the crotch grabbing, uncensored tweets and public ganja puffing can be seen as a bit much f0r commercial brands.  Unfortunately her major take on YOLO has been far too much for Nivea and they decided to drop the popular musician from their campaign and as the face of their company.  The commercial brand revealed to German media that they would not be re-signing Rihanna because she doesn’t fit their family image. Nivea’s parent company stated and quote “Rihanna is a no-go.  I do not understand how to bring to the core brand of Nivea in conjunction with Rihanna.  Nivea is a company that deals with trust, family and reliability.”  This is why I thank God for my freedom.  I can be as wild as I wanna be and no one is paying me to be anything other than.  But nonetheless we should always use our discretion because we never know who could be watching.  I know that this will eventually weigh heavy on the singer’s pockets.  Now it’s Nivea, but later it may be two, three or more  *Kanye shrug*.  It is what it is.

I mean if I had the money I can’t say I wouldn’t enjoy myself either, but the difference is nobody gives a damn about me so I’m good .  Rihanna however had a responsibility since she’s often portrayed in the public eye.  Never make your vices come between you and your money.
