Welp, I am trying to be more mindful of my food intake and remain as active as I can in this cold ass weather. I am down to 169 lbs doing the AHA diet on a reasonable scale. 5 crackers and a cup of cottage cheese is ridiculous. I gotta eat more than that. I’ve been drinking more water, including a hot cup, every morning. My dad told me to start, but I’ve found that it makes me feel better in the AM! Tonight I had tuna, broccoli, and carrots for dinner with ice cream for dessert. It was just a cup of vanilla, and though I enjoyed it, I was still craving some sweets. I decided to indulge in a hand full of M&Ms, and saw the promise land. I know cheated, but I feel so much better about life. Who cares if I don’t lose 10 lbs a week, as long as I keep moving and losing. In fact, last Thursday I walked for 35 minutes in ZERO DEGREES. Yea, I’m a boss. P.S. I’ve gotten so bored with 21 Days, I turned it off and line danced for 30 minutes instead. I think I should give it a break. How are y’all doin’?
